Thank you for shopping with FourSquare Prints Co. We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of all our 3D-printed products. Because every item is produced in small batches or made to order, our return and refund guidelines are tailored to ensure clarity and fairness.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item is in its original condition and has not been altered, used, or exposed to heat, chemicals, or misuse.
Items not eligible:

Custom-designed or personalized prints

Digital products (if offered in the future)

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of 3D printing and custom manufacturing, we cannot accept returns for:

Customized prints

Special-order parts (e.g., custom drone or EUC components)

Requests based on colour variation (small variations are normal with PLA filament)

Wear-and-tear, breakage due to misuse, or modifications done after delivery
