Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with FourSquare Prints Co. Every item we produce is 3D printed in small batches or made to order, so our shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on demand and complexity. This policy explains how and when your order will ship.


1. Processing Times

Because most of our products are printed to order:

  • Standard processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Larger or more complex prints: 5–10 business days

  • Custom orders: 3–14 business days (varies by project)

Processing time begins after payment is received and does not include weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Within Canada

We ship from Mississauga, Ontario.

Carrier options may include:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • ICS / Chit Chats (where applicable)

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ontario: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of Canada: 3–10 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping to the USA

We ship to all U.S. states.

Estimated delivery:

  • 4–12 business days depending on location and customs processing

U.S. customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Taxes charged at the border (if any)

We cannot control customs delays.


4. Tracking Information

All orders ship with tracking unless otherwise stated.
You’ll receive your tracking number by email once the package leaves our workshop.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Package size

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

We do not mark up shipping prices.

Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly stated on the website.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we rely on their service and tracking.

If your package is lost or severely delayed:
