Custom Orders Policy

Because custom work is highly specialized, please review our policy before ordering.
1. Custom Order Process

Contact us with your idea

We discuss details, sizing, materials, and feasibility

A quote is provided

Payment is collected upfront
-
A digital proof or preview (if applicable) is shared before final printing

Production begins only after approval
2. Payment Terms

100% payment upfront is required for all custom prints and collaborations.

Payments are non-refundable once production begins.
3. Design & File Ownership

You must own the rights to any designs or files you provide.

If we create a design for you, FourSquare Prints Co. retains ownership of the 3D model unless a buyout agreement is created.

We may showcase custom creations in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
4. Revisions

One round of minor revisions is included.

Additional revisions or major redesigns may incur extra charges.
5. Production Timeline
Custom orders typically take 3–14 business days, depending on:

Required testing

Queue volume
You’ll receive an estimated timeline before payment.
6. No Returns or Refunds
Because custom prints are made specifically to your specs:

All custom orders are final sale.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives defective.
Normal 3D printing characteristics (layer texture, minor surface variations, tiny seam marks) do not qualify as defects.
7. Defective Custom Items
If a custom item arrives damaged due to shipping or manufacturing:

Contact us within 7 days

Provide photos or video
-
We will repair, reprint, or replace as appropriate
